Dynamics User Group (DUG) empowers everyday users and partners the tools and information required to excel their careers. We offer online discussions with expert community members and interactive virtual and in-person events as just a few of the resources members enjoy with their free membership. >

DUG was founded in 1995 as an independent user group focused on supporting the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly NAV/Navision) community.  Since then the user group has grown into including additional resources for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (formerly AX/Axapta), Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (formerly Dynamics CRM), Microsoft Power Platform (BI, Apps, & Automate), and Dynamics GP (formerly Great Plains).

In an effort to meet the community’s desire for continued robust educational content, DUG now schedules 2 virtual events each year. Attendance at and participation in the live educational and networking events is 100% free to registrants due to the generous financial support of our sponsors. The content for these events is submitted by hundreds of experts within the DUG community, voted on by the entire DUG community, and consumed by ANYONE globally.

The DUG community is managed by a small group of paid professionals but works closely with the Dynamics User Group Advisory Committee to ensure the community’s input and best interests are at the forefront when planning for new content and  training resources.

Refund Policy

  • It is important to us that you are satisfied with your skills training purchase. Please contact info@DynamicsUser.net with any refund requests that you have. 
  • Students who have not yet accessed the course are eligible for a 100% refund within 30 days of purchase.  Course fees are not eligible for a refund if more than 5% progress has been made by the student in the course.  Students who meet this criterion must submit their request in writing (via e-mail or post) within 30 days of purchase.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations by DUG Skill-Up
  • DUG Skill Up reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses reasons beyond our control. In the case that a course is cancelled, participants will be notified immediately and will be giving 30 days to complete the course.

  • Dynamics User Group Skill-Up training courses are reviewed by subject matter experts annually to ensure they contain the most up to date content available. 

Course Content Development Policies

  • Program Content will be developed for the Basic, Intermediate, & Advanced levels.  The course description will contain one of these 3 descriptors along with any prerequisite education, experience and/or advanced preparation.
  • DUG Skill-Up training courses are developed by skilled instructors in their fields of expertise.  The biographies and credentials of our instructors are available upon request or posted in the course description. 
  • DUG Skill Up training courses are reviewed by subject matter experts from withing the Dynamics User Group community to ensure Skill Up students receive the best skills training available.
  • Each CPE eligible course will clearly articulate relevant learning objectives that should be obtained by students completing the course.
